We are a community driven, minority-owned mobile bartending and all-purpose staffing business based in East Tennessee. We focus on the specific needs of each of our clients while remembering our core mission and vision as a small business.

When you hire the Bar Keepers',

We provide:

Knowledgeable and adaptive staff
Smiling faces
Bar Tools (Ice Buckets, Cork Screws, Scoops, etc.)
Assistance with purchase quantities
Assistance with picking to best drinks for your guests
We offer recommendations for a variety of event needs, such as caterers, rentals, and much more!
We happily take into consideration as requests for specific staff so you are able to see the same wonderful staff that you enjoy.

We are happy to accommodate any specific drink requests or recipes you may have. If you don't have anything particular in mind, our team would be glad to help you select some great options.
Any alcohol, mixers, garnish, glassware, coolers, ice, if applicable

Please Take Note

If your event includes a meal (e.g., lunch or dinner) during the bartenders' shift, BKG asks that you provide a meal for them just like you would for your DJ, photographer, or other vendors.

The Bar Keepers' accept gratuities both via the final check and via "Tip Jars" placed on the Bar, if applicable. This is our standard practice. At any point before that start of the event ANY client can refuse the use of a tip jar at your event, just ask us to inform the staff or kindly request that when our staff arrives.

The Bar Keepers' follow the rules of each venue, however at no time will a bar be open for more than 6 consecutive hour without at least a 30 minute closing of the bar.

BKG offers options in dress code. Our standard attire is business casual and this is what will be worn unless a more formal uniform is requested. This requests need to be made 15 days in advance to your event.

All fees will be assessed, billed and due at the end of the event.

Discounts are offered for the following, when booked 15 days or more in advance;

Cash/Check Payments
501(c)(3)s when nonprofit documents are presented and when the balance is paid out of the named 501(c)(3) account.

Each event is special and unique. We want to help you make it memorable! Reach out to someone from out team to assist in curating the event worth saying, "Cheers!"

Last call will be called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of your event, unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties, including the any venue.

In most cases, The Bar Keepers' staff can arrive one hour before the event and complete cleanup within 30 minutes of the bar closing. If food will be served, these times may be adjusted based on the specific needs of your event.

The BKG rates are competitively priced at $35/hour per staff. This is for both All-Purpose Staff and/or bartender. We will also bill a minimum of 4 hours per Guilde Staff per event.

Example; w/ 2 staff booked for an event

(2 staff x $35) x 4 hours = $280

Can we purchase alcohol through you or can we bring our own? The Bar Keepers' Guilde does not offer an alcohol package as our insurance and business are not set up to provide alcohol, but to safely serve alcohol at your event. This also allows you the flexibility to offer the drinks you want! Also remember, if you are stuck on what to buy or how much, ask us and we can help.
